WebMy Gousto box did not arrive yesterday, there was no communication to let me know it was not arriving, i had to cook up a last minute "freezer surprise" meal & have now got to do a week's shopping, this is not acceptable & £8.59 compensation for inconvenience is a joke, I will not be ordering another box Date of experience: 13 December 2024 Useful WebWe ordered from them 10+ times and never had any issues with them (once box didn't arrive due to shipping company, but Gousto refunded us and we could order another box).
