Is it just me or did Win 11 improve input latency/lag in gaming?

WebRight after installing Win11 I tried some games and in every game the input lag felt a bit better. ( overwatch/bf5 ) Nvidias statistics (GFE) also shows a lower render latency ( by 2-3 ms).
