WebSaccharomycopsis (Cyniclomyces guttulatus) This yeast, which lives in the intestinal tract of dogs and rabbits, is considered a commensal by most individuals, although some insist it is pathogenic. The yeast colonizes the stomach and intestine of rabbits, and it has been found in the intestines and bile ducts of dogs.
