WebKeyboard shortcuts do not function when viewing a PDF. When a PDF is opened in edge, keyboard shortcuts for New Tab, Switch Tab, Close Tab, etc no longer work. Even more concerning, if you are in full screen mode and switch froma regular tab to a PDF tab, you are essentailly locked out of the rest of the browser.
